Day 9 - Mon Sep 5 2016 (Labor Day)
Had breakfast in the motel cafe. Well... it was a place with tables and chairs where the hotel provided hard boiled eggs, some cereal and pastries. Not great, but okay.
Then we went to Acadia National Park. We hiked around the Jordan Pond. We did this about 15 years or so ago with the kids. Took us about 2 hours! The hike was beautiful (see pics) but we forgot there are a few rocky/boulder sections that aren't the easiest to get by. There was also a rather long stretch where the path was split logs, flat side up and laid end to end. Sometimes a little narrow



This is from the north end of Jordan Pond. If you look closely, you can see a gap in the foliage at the far end. That's where the Jordan House is.
